Morris Louis, born Morris Louis Bernstein, was a prominent American painter (November 28, 1912 – September 7, 1962). He played a key role in the development of Color Field painting during the 1950s. Residing in Washington, D.C., Louis, along with artists like Kenneth Noland, co-founded the Washington Color School, making significant contributions to this artistic movement.

There’s two small chip on the glass on the top left corner and some black spots on the print as shown in the photos.
